With over 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, I've seen the numbers from every angle. I started my career in industry — working inside companies, watching every transaction come together, and building the financial statements that told the story of a business. I understood the processes, the people, and the decisions behind every line item.

Then I moved into public accounting, doing auditing and tax work — this time seeing the financials from the outside in. That dual perspective gave me something most advisors don't have: a complete picture of how businesses actually work, financially and operationally.

I hold an MBA with a double major in Accounting and Finance from the Zicklin School of Business in New York, and I'm a licensed CPA in both New York and Colorado. I also serve as an Assistant Professor of Accounting at the University of Denver — bringing the same clarity and depth I bring to the classroom directly to my clients.

As a CPA working closely with small business owners, I kept seeing the same thing: my clients were making major real estate decisions without anyone in their corner who truly understood their financial picture. Most real estate agents are great at selling homes — but they're not looking at your tax situation, your entity structure, or how a transaction fits into your broader financial plan. I am.

That insight made it natural to get my real estate license. Now I help clients on both sides — keeping their books clean, minimizing their tax burden, and when the time comes, listing their home for just 1% so they keep more of what they've built.
